Day two

Wrangell and Petersburg
on the bridge of the ship
 We left Ketchikan, and headed north and into Ernest Sound.  Here we're sitting in front of the bridge looking for signs of whales.
   
We spotted a bear along the way.  If you click on this picture you may be able to spot him in the center of the picture.  He was fishing along the stream to the left.

 The shoreline can make interesting patterns.  If you tilt your head to the left these begin to look like a totem poles.
