When we got back to Ketchikan late in the afternoon, a few of us went on a very cool float plane ride from Taquan Air. |

This was my first sea-plane ride. Kind of a bumpy
takeoff! But nice and smooth once you get off the water.

A different perspective. There are some large cruise ships sailing out in the distance. We headed off for the Misty Fjords. |
